I’ve been off Letrozole for 16 days now. My general hand puffiness and stiffness has gone but the thumb is not improving yet. I was on Letrozole for over 3 years with just a general sort of stiffness in the fingers and hand that I kept relatively pain free with Curcumin. The thumb pain and stiffness started suddenly just after Christmas. Hopefully if it is the Letrozole (which my oncologist seemed pretty sure it was) it will improve soon.  :)
