Topical Cream use on sore hands/thumbs from Letrozole/Tamoxifen/Exemestane

@Deanne @kmakm I've been off Letrozole for 23 days. My hand and feet pain started lessening about six days ago, for a couple of days, but for the past three days my hands have been very painful. I had underlying arthritis anyway. I suspect the Letrozole has made it worse; my lymphoedema physio says that happens. My oncologist said on Monday that it can take about a month for the effects of Letrozole to wear off. Maybe because I'm old and because of the arthritis, it could be worse too.
