It is definitely helping my painful thumb @arpie. I put it on my right thumb down to the wrist and in between it and the pointer finger. Also on the palm where it is very painful at the base of the thumb. I use my other hand to apply it, avoiding using the pointer finger which I am most likely to use to touch somewhere else and wash it off as soon as possible!
The GP has me on Nurofen for 3 days and thinks it is just tendinitis from overuse. Had been doing lots of wheelbarrowing of mulch! It is frustrating how easily I seem to injure myself these days. I am supposed to rest it and avoid lifting anything heavy for a week or two. Pretty difficult as nearly everything I go to do hurts it but hopefully it gets better soon. Thanks for the Percutane tip. It is helping! :)
