Ok thanks but has anyone come up with anything that has helped ?
I have had tennis elbow for 6 months I think at least partially caused by Letrozole. I had 6 weeks of physio , was offered cortisone but cautioned about its effectiveness and possible long term side effects so declined , used Voltaren gel as per GP and Physio which was helpful but only able to use for a fortnight at a time.Oddly enough no one recommended ibuprofen or similar.
For pain relief the best I’ve found is an ice pack thrice daily or more if necessary and Dencorub Arthritis Ice Therapy at nighttime. I am now trying alternating heat via a wheat bag immediately after the ice pack on advice from a paramedic friend.
