When i was on Tamoxifen in 2011 i was pre menopausal but i had no side effects or hot flushes. Now on Arimidex got the lot but like Nikki somedays are worse than others. Chemo threw me into menopause so I was getting them before I started meds. I find hard the sleep disturbance, doona on and off tossing its ridiculous! You do learn to live with it as Nikki said but i haven't found anything that alters it. X Melinda
