Wow that's interesting about the panadol osteo, but I might go for a few days without it, then I feel I need some relief, I don't do alcohol caffeine or spicy food. And I don't smoke. I hear not many people suffer with joint aches and pain, but mine is so severe. I really appreciate your help. What are the bad side effects of these hormone blockers.
