There are loads of potential side effects with Tamoxifen - but they don't happen to everyone (headaches, bone aches, bone soreness, fuzzy thinking, vision impairment, blood clots, uterine issues/uterine cancer etc etc). I basically get hot flushes (I was peri-menopausal pre BC diagnosis), some tiredness...
