Hi Myjourney, Same story here. I had an early menopause and wasn't sleeping due to hot flushes. Three years of feeling fantastic on an esotrogen/progesterone
troche then cold turkey with BC diagnosis last July. I didn't need chemo or radiation after my mastectomy but am on Arimidex. So welcome back to the hot flushes. Mine are face and neck only and always come at the worst moment. Usually when I am delivering some important information to a client so it looks like I am lying or embarrassed! I think I am lucky in not having too many flushes during the day, just 1 or 2, but I feel it at night. I'm constantly kicking the quilt off, pulling it up and flipping my pillow. I can't wait for winter. Without the HRT I would have had these symptoms anyway but I long for those pre-BC days of innocent oblivion! Good luck with your first flight, we will all be with you in spirit! Jane xx
