Already submitted an official letter saying I won't be wearing my jacket as part of my uniform. Got to wear support stockings.
Three years on HRT same same, I try not to think what I've done to myself with the HRT...
I'll investigate on line for the cooling ideas.
Have to make decision Saturday with GP if I'm right to go to work Monday - scary...
