Yes thanks so much, yes I've been putting that in place to find an exercise physiologist as I need to do weight bearing low impact exercises due to my Ostopenia (how did I get that), I need hormones, hope I'm going to cope.
Last night (please forgive me feel like I'm whinging or a hypochondriac), I stood up from a sitting position and my left knee made a sound like it tore and it was sore. But I could walk and sit with no pain. I'm sure it is the lack of hormones.
Last Thursday (I've written this somewhere before), I had a dizzy attack where I couldn't walk straight, dizzy, etc...Friday I had to see my breast surgeon for the first time and I had to drive as I am on my own. With my experience of dizziness you have to push your body uncomfortable however it should be safe lol, to get the brain retrained to walk. I've managed to shake it off but it leaves you with a heavy head and sinus, but that's better than the dizziness. Three years ago I had a severe vertigo attack room spinning around for ten days straight in Hong Kong. Had three months off work for that, I might be going to work next Monday. I'm Cabin Crew for an international airline, nearly been off work 5 months now. No ground duties available, no short trips, straight into longhaul flying, I'm pretty tough but just have aches and pains etc. Think I have to bite the bullet, suck it up and go to work.
Thanks to all you beautiful loving caring people here, sometimes we are cranky lol, but we are still beautiful.....they say a problem shared is a problem halved. Xxx
