Hi Nadi - cranky pants on and off help us cope! I only get beads of sweat on the forehead and the feet do get hot but I was told to put them in water to cool down! It all helps, you know the song when you're trying to sleep, you put one leg in you put one leg out and you shake it all about! It's a so and so but we've got to make light of it otherwise it's always cranky pants, which doesn't help our demeanour!
