There are cooling gel packs that go around the neck and shoulders as well as stylish cooling scarves available on Amazon.com. What really cheeses me off is that here I am at 5.30 am after yet another night of very little sleep thanks to the hot flushes. They seemed to be really good for two months and I thought "ok, I can get on with my life now," and then BAM!! for the past 6 weeks I've been hit with a hot flush every 40 minutes again. Bloody well sick of this. Sometimes makes me wish I never had chemo. ok i will take my cranky pants off now.
