Yep all that including the odd neck spasms and I do always need to be careful in case of not so much dizzy but vague and unsteady. I carry a wet t-towel in a plastic bag in my bag and find that's the quickest way to reverse the flush is to put it around your neck and daub your face. It can end up being quite debilitating so make sure you get enough rest to cope.
