Hi you are describing me, I have terrible hot flushes everyone else is saying how cold they are and I'm boiling. I have just gone back to see my oncologist and she has decided to change me from arimidex to femera. The hope is I tolerate it better. I'm not doing great have also been on Tamoxafin, she has also referred me to the menopause clinic.
