The return of my hair

Wow that's a veritable forest of hair, well done!

 I must be about 2 months post chemo and the last bits which held during chemo are falling out a few every day but the good news is I can see lots of little tiny soft bits starting to grow out of my scalp. Going to be so good having hair again. Mind you I will miss getting fast service when lining up at the post office with 5kg boxes to post. They take one look at the baldness and call me out of the line up.

My hair dresser who did the wig fit recommended a product for when my hair started to regrow....Rogaine or something like that I believe.

Hi Anne Marie, we're all different. My friend who finished chemo 6 weeks ago has just as much hair as me and it is thick. I think mine is slower with taking Arimidex, however it's now taking off and has grown more in the last month. I hope that yours will grow well for you. Mine started white and then came through dark. It was like the ends were burnt, well I guess that it was due to the chemo. But as you can see, it's starting to happen for me. If cancer teaches you nothing else, it teaches you patience. For me, it is what it is, and I am grateful for what I have. Sending you a big cuddle, Trace xxx??
