Thanks everyone for your feedback..  Good to know I am not alone with the side effects (well not good for you that have also experienced them but you know what I mean.)  Will perservere with Tamoxifen and will try some of your ideas, hopefully with some benefits.
I think it just all seemed a bit daunting, thought the taking of a tablet once a day for 5 plus years was going to be the easy part.  Wasnt really prepared for how it was going to make me feel.....

Yes,the bc journey is full of little surprises - nothing&nbsp;&nbsp;about it is easy.But it somehow helps that others are in the same boat and understand.I love this network cos here&nbsp;we share our experiences and gain so much information and support from each other.
