I think I have lost more hair in the last week (I did the cold cap so kept about 50% of it but the other hair is growing back and I had to pluck an eyebrow hair the other day. I have lost big toenails before due to them cracking for some reason and a new one grows underneath it and pushes the old one off - quite gross but hopefully you will have a new nail soon!
