Your timing for the lower back and hips is the same as mine. I noticed after my fourth and last that for a number of weeks afterwards my quadriceps were killers. I could hardly walk up inclines or stairs without stopping. It was as if my muscles in my upper legs were being wrung out. Gradually I noticed week by week how much further I could walk and finally run up the stairs. Yay. I no longer have a problem with them, but yes that darn lower back ache is a bugger. Hope you have got someone who can massage it for you as it helps. Plus a hot water bottle or wheat bag.
