@"Kiwi Angel" I got a very itchy scalp and still is. I would have loved something outlandish, but I'm sooooo conservative it's not funny. A friend had tried to put me in a platinum blonde bob, but it's so not me.
I went for a shorter style, my mousey colouring but blonde highlights at the top. It's still in the box and will try it when the time comes. I may wear my turban and scarf first as my scalp is feeling tender.
As im tall, and have a smallish head and very fine hair I've never been able to wear a short style so in many ways this will be very different for me. When I put on a more expensive fuller wig I ended up looking like Ted Mulry or Rod Stewart. Eewww!!
Not sure yet, but I plan on wearing a cap more often than a wig. I have two occasions in the calendar next weekend I'm dressing up for and plan on wearing the wig for both. We shall see.
