When I was on docetaxol I had terrible mouth problems. The ladies are right about Biotene as a mouthwash, I developed oral thrush which was dreadful. As hard as I tried, after every dose of Docetaxol the thrush would come back. The first sign was the white tongue. My throat got very sore (razor blades) and that turned out to be a throat infection. I'm sorry if I am sounding negative but at the time I thought it was just side effects, by the time I got it checked out I had to be admitted to hospital.
