Taxole - Pain
My first post - 4 x rounds of AC and have had my first Taxole treatment. Have had lots of aches and pain in muscles and bones, didn't really expect this result, has anyone else experienced similar?
Hey Renee! I had 8 Taxol in total and unfortunately was unlucky enough to suffer all 3 severe symptoms of Taxol in terms of pain, muscle, nerve and joint pain. It didnt ease until end of treatment, so I had no relief as the week wore on before I had to face another infusion. There was nothing that combated my pain either as was drug sensitive and unable to take pain killers. So Nurofen and Panadol osteo together but it didnt touch the sides. Hang in there! I know its tough! I also have slight neuropathy in my feet but hey I can live with it! xo Melinda
