I've already been thru menopause and have had hot flashes back since taking tamoxifen . Joint pain is a common side effect so don't worry too much I know it's easier said than done Jussylee. I stressed over taking it but can't take the other meds because of thinning bones. listen to your doctor, they know all about Tamoxifen. It has been used for over 50 years.
