I took Tamoxifen for 4yrs, had no side effects that were noticeable at all, definitely no hot flushes or pain. I had a recurrence and further treatment last year and am now on Arimidex, and have massive side effects, horrendous joint pain on this. Hot flushes I dont believe are attributed to the medication though, its purely been thrown into menopause as I had them through Chemo because of this.
If youre having your yearly checkups, I wouldnt be concerned, obviously if the pain persists or worsens mention it to your GP. Melinda xo
