@kmakm I am pretty lucky and the effects for me are not too bad. I just need to kick myself in the ass to get motivated - I have been for 2 x 5km runs this week and a 5am Pilates session this morning so am feeling quite good. Was just going to go for an early walk tomorrow to stretch out the muscles. The hot flushes are slowly easing off and I have worked out medication to be able to sleep a lot better during the week. Just have to work out the best way to live the new version of me. How are u doing?
