Tamoxifen vs Generic Brands

Hi @Sailor I took Tamoxifen for 4yrs until I had a recurrence in 2015, after chemo and surgery I was put on Arimidex and now switched to Aromasin.
I had this conversation with a Pharmacist only last week. The ingredients in Tamoxifen and any generic brand is the same, the only difference is the salts that are used between different brands. I know some ladies have said they have reactions to generics brands and the Pharmacist said its purely due to the different added salts per different brand. The actual key ingredient is the same, it cannot be different in any way legally.
