Yes it's a long time ! I've been on it 3 months and have had the same side effects. I'm taking omega 3 the chewable ones and a multivitamin, also turmeric. Seems to be working. Still get headaches and dizziness like vertigo at times. I just keep going with it , each day is different. I hope it improves for you. Let me know if the vitamins help . All the best
