Hi Rosehaven, 18 days isn't long. I've been on Tamoxifen for 18 months and have had light spotting and the period coming symptoms that you've mentioned. Write some notes so you can speak on fact at your next GP or Oncology review appointment or for peace of mind speak with your Breast care nurse.
