Hi San-Dee, After 4yrs on Tamoxifen,my liver enzymes were elevated and an ultrasound showed a fatty liver. I didn’t have one before. I agree with the girls above, see your oncologist sooner Tamoxifen may cause liver damage and your liver is so important.
