Hi - if you can find a really good experienced medical herbalist, they can help with managing the hot flushes. I was on HRT for 17 years after a hideous menopause, and it all came back when I got BC in June 2103 and had to stop taking HRT. It took my Melbourne herbalist about 6 months to get the hot flushes under control with a tonic, but I am fine now. It's not cheap, but it's worth my peace of mind and physical comfort. My herbalist has a PhD in this stuff, she's had breast cancer, and she know what can/can't be prescribed for BC ladies. So - no need to suffer! xx
