I can't seem to regulate my own body temp at all and go coat on coat off coat on coat off. During summer I will be doing the tea towel trick of putting a damp one around my neck particularly at the base of the skull. It is very similar to an eczema sufferer with pin prick feeling to the skin but without the rash that goes with it.
