Hi Rosie, Congratulations on the big 5!!!! I'm also eostrogen and progesterone positive and read where a few of the ladies were suggesting having an atomiser filled with water to spray when a hot flush hits. I couldn't find an atomiser suitable for water so ended up buying Swisse Deep Sea Hydrating Mist Toner. Smells beautiful, is cooling, and is a toner all in one. Talk about multi -tasking!!!!
