Tamoxifen ....

I'm on Tamoxifen for 4 weeks now.
The hot flushes getting better. That's good.
But does anybody also recognize a dizzy head (from time to time) and joint aches as side effects ?

Hi Michaela, I have been on Tamoxifen for around 3 weeks. I too have been getting hot flushes on and off. But like you I certainly am getting the dizzy light headed feeling. I have it most of the time and then bad spinning on and off. I spoke to my gp earlier this week, he thought it might have been a change in my antidepressants still settling. But seeing you have the same problem now I am wondering if maybe it is the Tamoxifen. He recommended drinking heaps of water and trying to be well hydrated. Hopefully for both of us it will settle in time.
