Tamoxifen ....

I'm on Tamoxifen for 4 weeks now.
The hot flushes getting better. That's good.
But does anybody also recognize a dizzy head (from time to time) and joint aches as side effects ?

thank you for your message.
So far I do not have any other health issues. My only idea for this dizziness is that my shoulders and neck are very sore and tight and maybe this is causing the 'problem'.
Years ago, back in Germany, my thyroid was also under active (only slight), probably I should get it checked.
