Tamoxifen ....

I'm on Tamoxifen for 4 weeks now.
The hot flushes getting better. That's good.
But does anybody also recognize a dizzy head (from time to time) and joint aches as side effects ?

I have low blood pressure so its sort of a fact of life that sometimes when I bend down and stand up too quick I get the dizzy feeling. Its not bad and doesn't last. I still get twingey bone aches as its only been a couple of months since chemo so I guess my body is still sorting itself out and repairing cells. I am in menopause so besides me being on Tamoxifen I was always going to get some sweats and side effects. If stressed or excited they can come on every 15mins at times. I figure I am in some sort of recovery and transition phase and pretty much just need to be patient about it all.
