I always got this on day 5. It feels flu like. Sore neck and my back and skin hurt. Keep up fluids and have panadol and it should settle within 24 hours. Keep an eye on your temp. I used to worry I was getting sick but it happened every cycle and passed. But worthy to watch the temp anyway to keep your mind at ease.
