Hi wow chording is something I had not even heard of. Thank you all for your replies. I did a10km run this morning and now with good support bra....I am normally an A cup but one side is AnA and the others is a C at the moment... ... Oh golly ... Under is so sore and breast feels like hot stabbing.... Dam this I just want to get back to normal lifeand do what what I wad doing before I hit this pot hole.....lol going to Google chording now.Thank you everyone.
