Hi, I am 3 months out from radiation and that stiffness in my upper arm began at least 2 months ago, so 1 month roughly after radiation. It is actually getting worse and really limiting movement in my left are especially backwards or behind my head etc. I am actually wondering if it is chording which i found I had about 5 days ago. I thought chording was all behind me so rather confused. Andi
