I am about the same time from finishing radiation and have noticed this last week that the breast is tender, heavy and under my arm quite tender as well. That arm also gets quite stiff (especially overnight) and while I ddin't have any issues following lymphnode removal, now to stretch my arm fully above my head feels like I am straining something. I thought it might be that I had so much going on that I haven't been as diligent as I should with moisturising and massage. I am certainly keeping watch and intend to get some advice if it gets worse or stays the same for an extended period.
