still have chemo brain
hi all just wondering how long does it take for the foggy head and confusion etc go after chemo l finished 22 dec some days l find it really hard to stay focused on task or even have trouble telling ...
Hi robsue,
My chemo brain lasted for many months.Now I think I've moved onto Tamoxifen brain! I am very forgetful and easily distracted. If I have a friend or relative who upsets me,I just take "time out"from them.I try not to be available for awhile.This gives me time to calm down and see things more clearly. None of us are perfect and we need our friends even though they irritate us from time to time.
