I didn't have any lethargy with Taxol but then again I didn't have it with A/C either. Mostly Taxol is hard on soft tissue so can affect your nose (sniffly, occasionally bloody), eyes (tired, occasionally a little blurry) or mouth (I lost most of my taste buds). All of these cleared up as soon as finished. Peripheral neuropathy (loss of feeling, usually fingers and toes) can occur. It may just be pins and needles type tingling, but can be painful (yep, numbness and pain together) and can be serious so ask for help if it starts - some treatments can minimise impact. Worst case you may need to stop part way through, but most manage through OK and the reaction subsides after Taxol is finished. Best wishes, as you say only 12 to go, just count them down!!
