Hey Saphire - i have been doing the dark nail polish and it has been working fantastic - my nails are really good. I did have pretty good nails to start with. They say dark - but as long as you have a solid top coat of colour to block out the sun - its a good thing - what i have found is that my finger and nails are quite painful, this came up after treatment 4. So if you get that its not unusual. My toenails and fingernails feel really sore and hard to open things. x
