I clipped mine after I got the baby bald rub around the back and sides. I wish I had left it at a number 3 or 4 as I now have a terrible shaving rash to accompany the sensitive head. My oncology doctor has put me on antibiotics to help with folliculitis and something like phenergan at night to stop the itching. Helps with sleeping so that’s a plus. The really short hair feels like Velcro on most fabrics, including my pillow case but I have sometimes used a flexible cold pack to lie on. Bliss!! Am leaving it uncovered as much as possible to air. This skin on my face is very sweaty, pimply and patchy too. Not good for the mental well-being at the moment as funky hair and clear skin was my ‘thing’.
