I understand your grieving for your hair. I've always loved my hair and hated the prospect of having it fall out in bits. After 20 weeks of chemo, mine is starting to grow back - just a couple of mm.
A lot of people find that body hair takes longer than head hair to go - and some things, such as eyebrows and lashes, can depart even after chemo is over.
Take great care of yourself.
