Side effects of Herceptin
Hi! I would appreciate any comments or suggestions please! I had my first Infusion/dose? of Herception on Thursday. It will be given once every 3 weeks for 52 weeks (17) Friday morning at 1.20a...
Can't help much I'm afraid as I seem to have had no side effects of Herceptin (same regime). I did have some side effects from Taxol (but not nausea). I am confident the side effects were Taxol not Herceptin, as the Taxol was for 12 weeks and the side effects either stopped or started to improve after I finished Taxol in spite of another 9 months on Herceptin. Was anything else administered? Anti nausea meds? One of the anti nausea meds sent me completely soporific, until my oncologist agreed to drop it (as I had no nausea).
