Dear @janinehumph, I found it very helpful to keep a diary, noting side-effects on each day in a cycle. PrimeK has described a typical pattern well, but everybody is a bit different.For example, I missed the nausea completely, but was whumped pretty badly with hand foot syndrome. Also the diary helped me to talk to doctors or nurses about how things were going. Best wishes from jennyss in Western NSW
