One of the side effects you should call your doctor about if severe or they do not go away when taking Fluvestrant (brand name Faslodex) is swelling of the hands, feet, ankles, or lower legs. It is not listed under the serious side effects to call the doctor immediately. Copied from a cancer.gov site.
