It sounds like you need it syringed off either by your surgeon or your breast care nurse.After my mastectomy I kept getting a seroma on my scar line and I had to have it drained twice a week for 5 weeks.It settled down after that. When it's all settled down for you then get an OT or a physio to show you how to do a gentle lymphatic massage- this will help in future.
