Second AC, don’t know if I can hack this
had my second AC after almost 2 weeks of feeling pretty normal, now back in the depths of despair, day 6, don’t know how I will get through, feel less than human.
@Spillsy If you can't fall apart sometimes when you're going through breast cancer treatment, when will you be able to fall apart? Just as long as you don't let yourself fall into a longer term depression. I don't know how old your kids are but at any age they will understand feeling sick and needing time to get over it. If they're old enough give them responsibilities to help out. Like most of us, it helps to feel as if we're doing something to contribute, even if you're only 3. I've got AC to look forward to next week and I don't know how I'm going to cope but I know I have to. I'm envious that you're halfway through!
