hi friends i am off to see my doc tomorrow to discuss tamoxifen. I am NOT KEEN. I am already suffering hot flashes and vaginal atrophy and muscle aches and no periods for nearly a year thanks ...

You know what? There is also a bit of a stigma out there that if you actually managed to keep your hair you didn't do the hard yards. I have encountered this a number of times. It shits me to tears actually.
