I have experienced this now quite badly for the last 18months or so. I have been on arimadex since December 2017. I'm also on zoladex injections since I was not menopausal at diagnosis. I am 46 and feel like old lady with this problem. I cannot hold it or I pee myself and can't stop. At night I have to wear heavy duty pads as I often wake up and have wet myself. I never had any issues before all this shit. My oncologist said it is from being put into menopause. I hate this shit so much lol.
